Here's what you should note....
1. The similarities in the SWSDA Board membership and this group and others in the area......like revolving chairs!
2. The number of years where YAIC did not even bother to file the mandatory Financial Statement with the Registrar..... Missing Financial Statements 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 .... seven of the last ten years!
3. The Manager of YAIC is...... Mr. Anderson.

Richie Rich Hurlburt must have thought his PC party would be in power for eternity at this rate. He won't get much protection if the Libs or NDP take the reins. As for Frank, the former Bank of Montreal Business Accounts Mgr, I hope he has his books ready for that big independent audit.
FOLKS TO WATCH...
omygawd... it getting even murkier... my money for folks to watch in this scenario would be on Trevor Cunningham. Recently elected to the Muni Council in Yarmouth, this young, attractive, bright fellow is the protoge of R Hurlburt... has been bragging about campaigning wioth him and has his eyes set on the MLA slot, as soon as Richard becomes Premier (not unlikely). He has an unassailable, union-protected, no-effort job with the Tri-County School Board and PLENTY of free time to politic.
A FOIPOP of his travel records and time actually spent in Yarmouth Co. on school business would be revealing.

YAIC you left out Charles Crosby ex-mayor of Yarmouth who was voted out of office because of the people he was in league with and his poor decisions, now he is in the backroom making decisions in private.
