Former McInnes Cooper attorney, Fred Dickson Q.C., is flying under the radar these days! He specialized in offshore and onshore law, and is still the Director of the Offshore/Onshore Tech. Assoc. of N.S. I see he was advisor to both the feds and N.S. gov. on the Accord. He'll retire from the Senate 4 Jul 2012.
The city stole our rural representation! Enough for the homework - it's amazing how small these political circles are and the power they hold.

I see where Kirby was appt. to head a panel on Schizophrenia shortly after his early retirement. There is a piece about his appt. on the N.S. Schizophrenia website.
