They've hidden this one good. I've been trying to find out more about their holdings for months. Thanks to Rod Gushue for bringing Yarco and the pipe line to the 'new' Yarmouth Council's attention back in Feb. This web spans further than first thought.
"Rod Gushue" from previous post is probably a conflation of Rod Hemeon (citizen activist) writing to Jeff Gushue (Town of Yarmouth) about a whack of issues, one being the decision of the Town of Yarmouth to "gift" Yarco Holdings with a pipeline to their property near the Yarmouth Airport. Gushue is also an attendee at SWSDA meetings.

Does "attendee" mean Rod is a member of SWSDA? I haven't noticed his name as such on the SWSDA minutes.
What time was the meeting today? I thought it would be a morning meeting, then when there was no news figured it was an afternoon one, now I assume it was an evening one? Have I missed something?

Yup, it looks like Yarmouth has its mini mafia in control of not only Yarmouth/Clare counties, but the spineless voting members from Shelburne Co. also. My grandmother always told me not to wish my time away, but June 9th can't arrive soon enough. I know who I don't want to see back in, but after reading old minutes again today, there are a lot of unanswered questions, and a few of the SWSDA players may or may not be as sincere as they appear. It all stems from legal advice they received back in '05 and has mushroomed out of control since then, much to the detriment of Shelb. Co. It doesn't look good.
