ANYONE ...BUT SHELBURNE!?!

-------- Your tax dollars at work --------

WHO HAS SIGNING AUTHORITY AT SWSDA?

Within organizations like SWSDA, power is generally shared by those with signing authorities.

There are many kinds of signing authorities of course, some having to do with personnel, contracts, and bank accounts, to name a few. I thought our readers would find it interesting to see present bank signing authorities.

Here they are...... Click on the singing authorities below to enlarge. Please note that SWSDA's Board has 9 municipalities on it who do all the tax dollar pump priming. Municipalities, by providing one-third of the core funding for SWSDA. also release one-third core funding from each the provincial and federal governments.

Interestingly..... five of the nine municipalities are Shelburne County municipalities; however, none of the signing authorities below are Shelburne County members of the Board!

Do you Wonder Why.....? If you do, you should ask someone!

Son of a gun, the mafia have officially taken over control of SWSDA!

This RBC signing authority document, 20 Jan 09, tells us who replaced Darian Huskilson as Treasurer - how convenient to have his hoods from the Y'mouth/Clare area.

Frank's playing with a stacked deck now, and if this doesn't stir up our Shelburne Co. directors, nothing will. To think the majority of our reps have passively given Frank full rein, and possibly all they will get out of it are years of inquiries and audits.

What could have been a successful RDA has become a white elephant for Shelburne County's taxpayers.

I am now questioning of "our" reps, who knew what when!

If you are going to sign your name to something. You should sign it so that someone can read it. These guys can't even sign their names.

If the Municipality of Shelburne's "purported" debt to SWSDA, is leading to a lame duck approach to the CEO and his gang, I propose that they bite the bullet and face up to what may be coming our way. Delaying the inevitable is not good for the business of the county.

Warden Embree, your silence is not looking great these days. We had so much faith in a new Municipal Council, and what did we get - more secrecy and behind closed door business.

Great work Ed and Timothy!

Step up to the plate Mayor Delaney. Elizabeth Acker is serving as your recording secretary and not as a director. The Town of Shelburne needs a strong voice in this ongoing farce.
