It looks like you are close to hitting pay dirt. LOL

It just keeps getting better and better.

Surely the third party wouldn't be the Yarmouth Area Industrial Commission - in the form of a 'quasi-kick-back'?

Speak up Frank - your silence isn't golden.

It seems to me that if a CEO is getting money from someone, the CEO would seem to be on the take, to do something fishy, No one in public office is allowed to hide his/her salary. So why the secret

Everyone on the offical baord is "CHICKEN" except MLA Sterling, he called for an independent audit,,,,,,,,,

Re: General Mtg. YAIC, 14 Apr 08, Held in YAIC Boardroom, 233 Water St. Y'mouth, called to order 5:05 pm:

Members Present: Hurlburt, etc.

Commission EMPLOYEES Present: Frank Anderson, Craig Moulaison, and Dave Whiting.

Ummmm, is this double dipping for all three of them?

Betcha Yarmouth folks didn't know they have a mini-mafia in their midst - it must be that Boston influence. I look forward to learning more about the Yarmouth Port Authority.

It's interesting that 30 yr. Public Servant, Nancy Hurlburt, better half of Richard, "... strongly believes in the core Public Service value of fairness, equity and transparency."
- Canadian Coast Guard Bio Nancy Hurlburt, Ass. Comm. CCG

Too bad the same principles hadn't been adopted by her spouse and we wouldn't be in the mess we are today. He has forgotten he is the servant and not the master of his domain.

as for the board not knowing of frank's double dipping, anyone who makes that statement is either lying or has not done their most basic of homework as a board member. In swsda's business plan it shows Frank as the CEO of both Industrial Commission of Yarmouth and SWSDA... SO tell me how do you sit on a board and not at least look at your business plan... OR does this just show us that our municipal leaders who sit on this board don't even have a clue whats happening around them??? Now there is the $1,000,000 plus question.
